Can't Access the Latest Update

I know that my Maintenance & Support Plan is current, so why won't the system let me install the latest update?

 

The most common reason is that you have not pasted your most recent Product Control Code (PCC) into the software.  When you renew your MSP you receive a new PCC, which contains your new MSP expiration date.  Without the correct date, the program cannot properly grant you access to the latest Allowed Version.

 

To correct this, simply locate the (latest) delivery email (or ask for a resend), and follow the instructions contained therein.
