Requirements for Internet Connection

Do you have to be online while using the program?

 

You do not need to be connected to the Internet to use the software.

 

The only time an Internet connection is required is:

 

▪When "Activating" the software on a computer.

 

▪When you wish to check for and receive updates.
 
▪When you wish to send a Technical Support Email
 
▪When you wish to use the ENERCALC Online Community

 

 

Note: If you don't have an Internet connection when the software is started, then it will not detect if an update is available.
