Version 5.8 files

Can we import Version 5.8 files into Version 6.0 ?

Unfortunately you can't

The new system is so entirely different that this is very difficult.

In addition, because the old system only had dead, live and short term load types there is no way to properly assign live load or short term load to the current "proper" load types.

And of course with the new codes the answers will be different.
