Editing the Section Name

 

Let's do a little more work here and edit the Section name "CALCULATIONS" and add a Section in our project file.

 

Edit the Section Name

To edit a Section name you simply highlight the name and use the "Edit Section" button. When you highlighted a Section the [Edit Calc] button changes to read [Edit Section].

 

 

 

After you press the [Edit Section] button you can use a small window where you can rename the Section:

 

 

Please enter "2nd Floor Framing" and press [OK]. You will notice that the Section name "CALCULATIONS" has been replaced with "2ND FLOOR FRAMING".

 

 

 

Now we will enter a NEW Section name. In this case we will use a name of '3rd Floor Framing'". To do this highlight the section maned "2ND FLOOR

FRAMING" and press the Add Section button . Select "Insert a Section" on when asked and then enter the name "3rd Floor Framing" and press [OK]. Your Project Calculation list should look like this.
