If you cannot activate the software using the process using the simple "Direct Internet Activation" method (because you have no connection, restricted access to the Internet due to a firewall, or your company prefers not to license your PC this way) you can activate your software through a Internet Web Site www.InternetActivation.com.
Using this web site you simply enter TWO numeric values, generate an "UnLock Code", and type the unlock code back into your program.
Step 1 : Select "Web Activate"
On the License Information screen select the small "Web Activate" item to the right of the main "Product Activation" button.
After selecting " Web Activate " the program will open TWO windows; an Internet Browser window logged to www.internetactivation.com AND a restricted " Phone / Email " licensing window.
Step 2 : Write Down ENERCALC License Code and Installation ID
The ENERCALC License Code is shown on the "User Name & Licensing Information" screen in the ENERCALC program :
Then write down the " Installation ID " shown on the License Manager program screen :
After writing these two numbers down you can close down the License Manager and ENERCALC programs. After you have obtained the Unlock Code from the www.internetactivation.com web site you can repeat the process given above to redisplay the License Manager screen and enter your Unlock Code.
Step 3 : Obtain Unlock Code from the web site
The ENERCALC License Code is shown on the "User Name & Licensing Information" screen in the ENERCALC program :
Now press " activate " on the web page and you will receive an "Unlock Code ". WRITE THIS DOWN ! You cannot get it again and it has increases your activation count on the activation web server. If you call us and say that you lost it we will make you jump through hoops to get another one.....but we will give you one because we are all human!
And the last step, redisplay the "License Manager" screen by selecting " Web Activate " from the ENERCALC " User & License Information " screen and type in your Unlock Code....
and press [Install License].
You will be THRILLED to see that your software is now fully activated ! CONGRATULATIONS !
IMPORTANT NOTE! To a " Deactivation " if you CAN NOT PERFORM a deactivation using the button on the License Information screen you will need to call us and we will lead you through a special procedure. We will do this once at no charge.
