Cumulative Update Installation

Sometimes a user is unable to run the Web Update process.

In this case we will make available a single installation program file that will install the files that have changed since the initial release. 

As the software matures this will probably evolve to installing ALL program files. However the configuration and setup tasks performed for a first time installation will not be performed so that your existing installation will continue to operate as configured.
