The Structural Engineering Library contains several databases that you can use in the various modules.
To view the databases click Databases > (database) from the main menu. See below.

Steel Database
The steel section database is available in all applicable steel modules. It contains typical AISC rolled sections available in the United States. These sections are also shown in the 13th Edition AISC Steel Construction Manual.

Wood Section Database
The wood section database is available in all applicable wood modules. It contains typical wood sections available in the United States. These sections are also shown in the 2005 NDS. Also included are manufactured sections, however the list of those sections is only updated occasionally.

Wood Stress Database
The wood stress database is available in all applicable wood modules. It contains typical wood stress grades as defined in the 2005 NDS. Also included are manufactured sections, however the list of those sections is only updated occasionally.

Masonry Database
This is a reference table only. It consists of data for common hollow concrete masonry units:

Load Combination Database
This is the database of named load combination sets that can be automatically retrieved into a calculation. A named load combination set can be established as a default and will be used whenever a new calculation is created in the Project.
