Evaluation Mode

When the Structural Engineering Library is first installed it operates in "Evaluation" mode. Evaluation mode indicates that no registration information has been entered.

The activation code issued by ENERCALC INC. to the licensed user of the software and when entered will convert the evaluation version into a fully licensed version.

This design allows the software to installed and evaluated prior to purchasing a license. When a license is purchased the new license holder just needs to enter their activation code to allow the software to operate as the fully registered and licensed version.

The software will operate as an Evaluation version for 45 days after it is installed. Thereafter the user may get an automatic 30 day evaluation extension or purchase a license.

•	While in Evaluation mode the software will operate EXACTLY like the licensed version except for two differences.

•	The software will popup a window at random times during the session reminding the user they are using an evaluation version and that they would be so very happy if they purchased a license.

•	The printouts display a watermark message noting it was created by an unlicensed evaluation version and is not for commercial usage.
