There are several ways to get assistance with using the Structural Engineering Library. HOWEVER all require that your Maintenance and Support Plan has not expired.

Using the ENERCALC Online Community. This is accessed from your running ENERCALC software and requires a connection to the Internet. Simply select Help | Online Community. This is a forum available to ALL ENERCALC licensed users. This allows you to post questions and have other users respond. This community also provides area where you can discuss general engineering topics, other software, etc.

 

Reviewing the "Frequently Asked Question" (FAQ) page on our web site. Just use www.enercalc.com/support/faq
 
To report what you think is a "bug" you can use our web based Problem Tracking Support System (PTSS). Using the PTSS you can register a comment, uploaded sample Enercalc project files, screen captures, and your own demonstrative calculations. The PTSS will be used by our technical support team to handle most of the non-trivial technical issues and make the results viewable to the user base.
