The licensing web server keeps track of your activations and deactivations. You can view this activity yourself by logging to this web page:

Username & Password
When you perform an activation an automated email is sent to you. The email address is maintained on the server by ENERCALC.
That email will contain your USERNAME and PASSWORD for you to use when logging into this web site to view your activation and deactivation activity.
The USERNAME will ALWAYS be your full "KW" registration number. ENTER THE ENTIRE item: " KW-06012345". Always enter the "KW-" and the eight ( 8 ) numbers that follow. This USERNAME is a text string that will be compared to the database of usernames on the web server.
The PASSWORD is six letters that look like this: 8UM-P5J.
We can change your password but not your USERNAME.
