Transferring your License

The software License Agreement you have accepted prohibits selling or transferring your software license to another person without our consent. The software is not "owned" by the user and remains with ENERCALC INC. A non-expiring "License to use" has been purchased that allows the licensee to use the software.

If you wish to transfer your license please contact our offices to obtain a form. This form will require the current licensed holder to identify the new license holder and state that no trace of the software or documentation will be retained by them.

We are not interested in knowing the details of a financial transaction between you and the new owner.

A fee will be charged per license to complete the license transfer in our records.
