Our software security system will not be able to activate your software on computers running VMWare, Virtual PC, on Windows emulators running on a Mac, or other non-standard devices. Further there are some computers where the internal hard disk drive identifying system is unusual and our system cannot accurately determine if there is a hard drive on your computer.
In these cases you will see a screen similar to this after you paste in your Product Control Code and press the [Check & Save Product Control Code] button :

In cases like this our Internet Activation system will not work. Instead it is necessary for us to supply you with a "LICENSE FILE". This file is placed into the installation folder for your software.
If this is your situation press the [Request License File] button circled in blue above and follow the instructions which will look like this :

Simply : (1) Press the button, (2) Start an email to support@enercalc.com, (3) Paste the information to your email and send.
We will respond within 24 hours (but usually 60 minutes) with your license file or a response saying that our records show there is a problem.
