Technical assistance (along with other items like purchase discounts) is ONLY AVAILABLE while the users Maintenance and Support Plan ( MSP ) is in effect.
The ENERCALC MSP is included with your purchase for the first year and is renewable thereafter for one year periods.

You can view the status of your MSP by selecting “Settings” -> “License Information” from the main program menu and the “Maintenance Plan” sub-menu item.

To report what you think is a "bug" you can use our web based Problem Tracking Support System (PTSS). Using the PTSS you can register a comment, uploaded sample Enercalc project files, screen captures, and your own demonstrative calculations. The PTSS will be used by our technical support team to handle most of the non-trivial technical issues and make the results viewable to the user base.
