Problem Tracking Support System ( PTSS )
This new system is a well designed system to submit and track questions. This system is not used for simple “how to” questions.
It should be used for detailed questions where the users feel there is a “bug” in the software. Users can upload example files and ENERCALC staff exchange dialogs with users….all available for historical review.
The PTSS will be used by our technical support team to handle most of the non-trivial technical issues and make the results viewable to the user base.
A link to the PTSS is available from within the software system when the maintenance plan is active.
